  Seasonal maintenance is very much important for every car. During winter we have to take special care of our car. Cold weather affects the battery. So we must evaluate the condition of battery by conducting volt test. If the battery more than 3 years old, it must be replaced with a newer one. Coolant level must be checked during winter as it helps to prevent the engine from freezing during excess cold. Tire pressure must be checked periodically.   When the engine gets cold in winter, it can’t perform so well as it does in normal weather conditions. So we have to add a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water so that engine will not freeze and will perform better. We must check the pressure in tires as tire pressure decreases with a decrease in temperature and under inflated tires are not good for driving. Winter weather affects battery the most.
